My mother was recently referred to this service, and we were extremely impressed with the quality of care she received. Even though she doesn’t speak English very well, her therapist, Gurjit was so patient and kind. He took the time to understand her and made her feel heard and respected. It was clear he genuinely cared and went out of his way to support her. We’re so grateful for the help she received—she felt more confident and lighter after each session. I’d definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for inclusive and supportive care.

I was referred to Gurjit having been in a pretty dark place, mentally. Even at out first session, I found him easy to talk to. He was completely non judgmental and could always identify positives. He has a calm manner that engenders trust. He really helped me, in many ways. By the end of our sessions it was like chatting to a best friend and confidant.

Gurjit was extremely supportive throughout my sessions, helping me through step by step on models and pushing me to apply these. He always held an open ear to allow me to express my thoughts, and was very empathetic and easy to talk to. Thank you Gurjit for all of your help!
