If I had the choice of rating DefineClinic any higher, I definitely would!
All the staff there are lovely, respectful and always happy to help!
I had Dr Sunny & Faye to help and carry out my composite bonding journey.
From my first appointment they were so helpful, trying to gain an insight into what I want in order to achieve my dream smile.
I had my final appointment this week to polish and complete my smile, and I am over the moon with the results.

This was my first time ever getting any cosmetic procedure done, and I’m so glad I chose to have this experience done at define with Rosie. Going into my appointment, I was feeling a little apprehensive as to how my results were going to turn out. I just wanted something to help get rid of a few lines on my forehead without anyone noticing that I had anything done. Rosie took all of my points into consideration and she exceeded my expectations. Not only did she try to calm my nerves by bringing me water and making sure my experience was enjoyable, she also made sure that I was completely comfortable with everything she was doing and she made sure that I had all the knowledge I needed before I continued with the procedure.

One thing I will say about define, it’s a little on the pricier side however, it is worth every penny. You are paying for quality and good results!

If anyone is considering going to define (especially if this is your first cosmetic experience), I would highly recommend booking with the lovely Rosie!

What an absolutely amazing experience!
I cannot stress enough how helpful Georgia and Dr Sunny were.
I had a broken tooth and they saw me and dealt with it within 15 minutes of my call.
Very professional team in a fantastic clinic.

Great clinic with very friendly staff. There is always good availability for dental appointments and the treatments I've had have been seamless and pain free. There is lots of car parking available at the rear of the clinic, however the access is via a very narrow opening between buildings, otherwise free parking on the street outside.

I would 100% recommend this clinic and Dr Sunny. After breaking a filling and panicking about my tooth, I was seen within 24 hours and had it repaired. No pain at all during the process and I'm quite nervous with dental procedures. Nurse Faye was great too - very friendly and helpful throughout.
Car park on site and amazingly clean practice too.

I received masseter Botox treatment at Define Clinic with a friend a few months ago with Dr Teuta Berisha, and could not be happier with the results, service and care! Although I had read up on my treatment before coming to the clinic, Dr Berisha took the time to let me ask questions and inform me on the procedure, properly examine my face and ask about my previous medical history. I had also booked lip filler treatment, but was given honest advice by Dr Berisha, kindly advising to wait a few more months. The team also contacted me frequently for post-treatment care and top-ups. The amazing bedside manners and exceptional service and care provided by Define clinic are incomparable with most clinics in central London, where I’d travelled from. Will definitely be a frequent patient and recommend to everyone.

I highly recommend the team at Define, the service and standard of dentistry provided by Dr Shabri and her assistant Nurse Faye was exceptional. Following my initial appointment, Dr Shabri performed a detailed review of my mouth with recommended actions, a clear plan and transparent pricing. I have visited many dentists over the years but the work performed was of the highest level. I highly recommend this practice and Dr Shabri and Faye in particular. First Class team at Define Clinic.
