I had an incredibly impactful therapy session to help me overcome a lifelong trigger. The process was fascinating—it allowed me to truly examine the issue, understand why I feel and act the way I do, and confront it directly.

The experience was transformative. I worked through the emotions attached to the trigger until, gradually, I felt no reaction to it at all. When we revisited the issue later, I was amazed—it felt completely neutral, as if the emotional weight had disappeared entirely.

At the start of the process, I did feel a wave of sadness, which lingered for a while. However, as we worked through the session, that sadness dissipated, leaving me with a sense of relief and clarity.

This is life-changing. I recently had a session with Dee for an issue I had been struggling with for years. Being a therapist myself, I'd tried a number of techniques to resolve it but I was only able to 'manage' it, so I could live with it.
One session with Dee, and I cannot believe this myself - I am no longer affected by this issue. It simply does not exist anymore! The technique Dee used blew my mind (literally) and brought me face-to-face with the emotions I had been (unknowingly) avoiding, and allowed them to be released in the most gentle manner.
