I highly recommend visiting Deb Blyth for help with all your aches and pains. Deb has looked after my neck and back issues and has helped my son recover from a knee injury. Very friendly, very knowledgeable and offers a range of techniques from neuroskeletal therapy to scar tissue work, depending on what you need.

I can highly recommend Debbie, I have been coming to see her regularly for the last 7 years and she has helped me enormously with various back and hip issues. She has used a combination of the hendrickson and neuroskeletal techniques which have worked wonders. Debbie is very knowledgeable and professional, she goes out of her way to come up with solutions tailored to your needs. Debbie, you will be missed, but I wish you every success in your new venture.

Debbie had a knowledge of relating & incorporating scars with soft tissues fascia which restricts body movement due to tightness of scars which have healed but pulled the fascia to make it tight
I never related these together but I realise how significant it’s becoming to my own recovery it’s a breakthrough for me … wonderful thanks Debbie 😁🙏
