I have been using the pharmacy for a number of years for my repeat prescription. It is always ready with 24 hours of the GP sending it across. My father has now started using this pharmacy after his previous one would often take ages to get his medication ready which caused a lot of stress. He is amazed at how quick and efficient they are. I use the dispensing point to collect our medications which means I can collect at a time suitable for me. We also get our flu jabs here. It’s a walk in service and never have waited longer than 5 minutes. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Excellent pharmacy, can get prescriptions filled here that no other pharmacy seems to be able to get.
Also my partner and daughter get their repeats from here and they are always filled and ready very quickly.
Yes it's difficult to get an answer when trying to phone but I would guess that is due to all staff helping customers that are on site and needing help at that time.
Thankyou for helping my family and keep up the great work.

What a joke! Pharmacists are playing at being doctors. My daughter-in-law had a sore throat - one of the things listed that Pharmacy First can deal with. Whoever she saw used the light on his camera to look down her throat but said he couldn't see anything because he didn't have a tongue depressor. He did, however, manage to sell her a throat spray. Funny that?

Always wait ages for prescription even when getting a text to say it's ready. Pot luck with the staff, younger ones seem nice but older ones need to get some people skills or find another job

Gone downhill very quickly has this pharmacy. Queues are ridiculous and only.one person serves while counting 4 staff at the back, 2 just standing talking on two consecutive occasions now. Never an apology for the wait. Both floor and desk could do with a good clean as well.

The first time I've been here, I was very impressed. The Pharmacist was very helpful and explained everything, helped me with choosing my off the shelf medication. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Plenty of free parking in the attached clinic. The opening hours are 8-8, Mon-Fri closed weekends

Purposely withhold medication DESPITE issues from the GP. Has caused so much pain and suffering due to bouts of violent withdrawal.

Cruel staff, rude and disrespectful to clients who do not even open their mouths. Never answer their calls and purposefully cut contact.

I went to the Pharmacy to check if my medication had arrived and the women who served me was very annoying and unprofessional. After asking for my name and Dob twice she looked at me and asked me a 3rd time, then looked and said it wasn't received from my GP, then changed her mind and said it had arrived and asked me to take a seat which I did and after waiting for while I went to the counter to ask if my medication was ready and she said they had run out of 2 items of my medication and named them to the whole queue of people which I felt she should have shown some discretion as I don't think everyone in that queue should know my medication details and she wasn't discreet about it either. I then asked her if I could pick up my granddaughter's medication and she said I'd have to queue up again behind 8 other people which was out of order as I was already at the counter. She needs to learn some tact and diplomacy or be sacked.
