David Collins is one in a million.
I've spent 18 years of my life in and out of therapy trying to come to grips with my depression, anxiety and low self-worth; and had resigned myself to the fate that I will always "suffer from depression" and would never be able to control mood swings, lousy sleep, people pleasing, and less-than-zero confidence.
Then my path crossed with David, whom immediately made a safe space for me to be able to tell my story, and unpack my emotions without being swept away by them.
Leading me with powerful open questions for me to come back to myself, David helped me to come to terms with the fact that I was as regular a person as anybody else on this planet. I wasn't broken. I was where I was because I'd been through a lot of unacknowledged trauma.
Over the space of 24 months I grew from not knowing who my friends were, crying 6+ hours a week, harbouring jealousy, spite, guilt, shame and rage as well as not caring at all for myself, to having deep trusted connections with a tight knit crowd, only crying when there is a true reason to cry, and having a free enough mind to focus on creating the life I want.
David is humble, non-judgemental, funny and can make anyone feel at ease; I can't think of anyone more capable of assisting you in achieving your goals, whether it be starting a new business, or taking back the reigns to your own wellness. Collins is your man.

This has been the most mind opening experience of my life. The wisdom and change in perspective that took place is indescribable. My perception of myself and others now wears goggles of compassion, understanding, humanity and tolerance. I am free of so many layers of false belief systems and weights that subconsciously hold me back and kept me in repetitive behaviours. It brought so much self awareness and truth into my heart. Words can never Express my gratitude. It's absolutely life changing and I truly wish everyone the opportunity to experience this form of treatment and be educated in this way.
