Dasha is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, talented and friendly. I had been suffering with neck and upper back pain which was starting to affect my mental health quite severely. After just a few sessions with Dasha I noticed quite an improvement and it felt like the fog was lifting from my head. After going to Dasha for physio and holistic therapy I don’t think I would go anywhere else! She also gave lots of exercises and stretches to continue doing at home and was understanding and patient with me when I asked multiple times how to do a particular exercise! Thank you Dasha. Prior to my treatment with Dasha, I was suffering from grave, physical pain which consequentially affected my emotional and mental wellbeing. After a serious car accident October 2019, Dasha was recommended by our insurance company for physiotherapy for my wife & I and Dasha was not only very friendly & welcoming, but very professional and extremely knowledgeable about which physiotherapy was appropriate for us, along with cranial sacraltherapy and general wellbeing.

We have not only made a good recovery and progress with Dasha, but we also have some yoga/pilates exercises to continue our recovery and maintain good overall health for the future.
