After previously attending therapy on multiple different occasions I was reticent about seeking talking therapy again. However, as soon as I walked into C.Therapy4U my apprehension eased. The environment is lovely and calming with fairy lights and scented candles.
Wendy is a truly fantastic therapist. She is warm, genuine, compassionate, empathetic and funny. Wendy goes above and beyond to support me and makes me feel safe enough to explore past traumas. Without a doubt, I would recommend C.Therapy4U for anyone seeking support.

Nobody is perfect and at times it’s impossible to talk to family and friends about how you are feeling.
The BEST thing I ever done was to contact Wendy, with her help I have managed to change my outlook on life and not hide in the shadows.
Wendy once gave me a card saying “ I am a special person”,and after many sessions of counselling with Wendy I realised I am not a waste of space.
I am soon to be 60 and I only now feel as though I have control of my life and I am no longer anybody’s lapdog.
I will definitely continue visiting Wendy for further counselling in the future.
I cannot speak highly enough of Wendy, she is fantastic.

As a newbie to therapy, I felt initially overwhelmed and nervous but was put at ease within minutes.
No session is the same and is tailored to how you want, even changing last minute to enable the best and most enabling experiences.
Hypnotherapy has also been a first for me but some of the greatest therapy I have experienced.
I have been through some difficult challenges, I looked up therapy repeatedly then would shy away, but if you are reading this then do it. I cannot recommend c.therapy4u enough.

Like everyone else I was anxious about what to expect but there was no need to worry as Wendy so patient and took time to understand. Sometimes we all need a helping hand and all the therapy we did was tailored to my personal needs. Great place amazing people keep up the great work.

Would highly recommend wendy, she's an amazing lady, my son has autism and she is absolutely brilliant at helping him through life in general, she goes above and beyond for us all and she is truly a nice lady. My son loves going to see her. Highly recommended.
