In just one 15 minute session, Rosy treated my skin tag and in 7 days it was healing beautifully. I’m so impressed and can definitely recommend Rosy’s professional, experienced and friendly service.

Only received less than 20 minutes of a 30 minute treatment (as per the clinic’s advertising) and paid full price for, when I messaged Rosy (the owner) to discuss this and express my disappointment in the treatment, I was met with a very hostile and rude attitude and she could not explain to me why she cut my treatment short, to this day she has still not responded to my emails about rectifying this. For this reason I would not recommend unfortunately.

Went for an IPL treatment on my face and left with burns which have now scarred pit marks and had some of my eyebrow burnt off, which may not grow back! Now I have to spend more money trying to treat my scars elsewhere. Treatment really hurt and the settings were definitely incorrect.

I moved to Suffolk 2/3 years ago..I was very lucky to find Rosy at Crystal Rose Skin Clinic..As soon as I walked into the building I was made to feel at home. When I met Rosy she made me feel totally at ease and was happy to talk through several treatments I was considering having. After having a number of treatments now, I can honestly say I have been able to see the difference it has made to my face. I would recommend making your first appointment, I'm 100% that Rosy will give you a friendly and very professional welcome.

I've had six sessions of microneedling with Rosy and the results have been amazing. Rosy has always been incredibly thorough; taking the time to understand my skin and my specific concerns. Her clinic is immaculate and you'll feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door. Rosy is a complete professional and I wouldn't go to anyone else now. Highly recommend if you want someone who will actually listen to you and personalise a plan around your skin, rather than just get you in and out the door. I'll be back!

I went a few times to Crystal Rose for skin tag removal. Rosy explained everything, she was very caring and friendly. Rosy calmed my nerves, froze the skin tags and recommended after care. I would certainly recommend Crystal Rose and return next time without hesitation
