I have completed Reiki levels 1 & 2 with Anna and was very impressed with the structure and content of the courses. Anna is a calm and patient tutor with a deep knowledge of the subject and other alternative therapies. She also offers courses in other healing treatments including crystal therapy. I will be continuing my Reiki journey with her very soon.

I have had reflexology and neck & back massage from Anna for a long time now.She is a charming person and really knowledgable about her profession. She explains all about the treatment she is giving, and I find the whole experience relaxing, uplifting and invigorating, from the ‘tip of my toes to the top of my head’.
The new treatment room is well situated in Borth and easy to find
with parking on the driveway.
I shall be visiting again soon, so you should book an appointment now to enjoy the treatments, which should put you on ‘ Cloud 9’ afterwards, like me.
