Having ignored a niggly shoulder for a couple of weeks, this finally culminated in a sleepless night in a lot of pain. As soon as it was an acceptable hour, I messaged Anne to see if there was any chance she’d be able to fit me into her schedule that day, and she managed to slot me in a couple of hours later.

Having not visited Anne before, I had absolutely no idea what to expect but Anne immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease and went to work. The treatment consisted of very gentle manipulation, which I have no idea how it worked, but at the end of the session I had so much more movement in my back and shoulders, and barely any pain! The results were pretty much immediate, and all in one session!

I’ll definitely be back for some maintenance, and/or if the issue reappears – but thank you so much Anne, for fitting me in and getting me back to being mobile so quickly. If anyone is experiencing any discomfort, I’d highly recommend speaking to Anne to see how she can help you.

Anne is a lovely lady, very friendly and kind. I have seen her for a lymphatic drainage massage but unfortunately I did not feel any different after the massage when usually I feel much lighter. I don't recommend seeing Anne if you have lymphedema as she is not able to feel areas of congestion and provide a tailored medical massage to help relieve the symptoms. Better of going on the MDL website to find a trained practitioner which is what I have had to do.

I had met Anne before and she had mentioned she helps with this, so I booked in. She is amazing, really put me at my ease and set to work, after just a few session I feel so much better, can’t believe I suffered for so long. The life alignment treatment and Reiki have been incredibly powerful and beneficial to me, plus one treatment for back and neck twinges worked immediately! Anne is a very gifted therapist. I've been to her over the years for a number of conditions and she has helped me with all. What I like best is that she's trained in multiple disciplines and therefore can give you a number of different treatments in one visit. She's a very intuitive healer and is someone I have always felt very safe and comfortable with. She's also helped my 12 year old daughter and she's definitely gifted when it comes to working with children too. Immediately putting her at ease and giving her a really special experience. I'd highly recommend a visit!
