I had 2 blocks of session with Craig. I am a different person since. Growing up in the troubles effected every part of my adult live. EMDR is a very easy process. It took about 3 weeks to feel any rear difference, but 5 months on I still feel like I’m still improving. I recommend it to everyone who has suffered trauma. If you’re reading this good luck, you never know your potential until you’re free of trauma. EMDR is fantastic therapy.
