I had such a great time in all of my sessions with Lauren. It really felt more like I was visiting a friend than a counsellor and I always left feeling uplifted.
In the end, I didn't need as many sessions as I was expecting as I found it so easy to open up to Lauren each time but, I am so grateful that she suggested not needing to come back unlike some other people who may have carried sessions on for the money!
I would definitely (and have already) recommend Lauren to anyone looking for a friendly & approachable person to speak to.
