I've been working with Cosmin during the lockdown and he helped me a lot. We've been using different tools and exercises to help me set up goals and achieve them. He also helped me overcome old habits and let go bad patterns that come from my parents. I've started to do yoga and breathing exercises regularly that help me slee and calm down in the evening. I was very sceptical of a life coaches, but i was proven wrong. Cosmin became like an older brother to me while he guided me through my feelings and my sales position. He's helped me through some tough times and always pushed me to do better.
