Having spent many years looking for a counsellor that can quickly and effectively link into my psyche and aid my exploration of feelings and thoughts, Kat is undoubtedly the most talented I have ever met with. She quickly followed my chain of thought and enabled me to see where I had become stuck and was unaware. In one session, we covered what could have taken many sessions to uncover. She has a gentle and encouraging approach and allows you to uncover your own psyche at your own pace. I cannot recommend her enough, and coming form a person who has worked in the field of mental health for over 30 years, this really is a great compliment. I have known Kat for nearly 8 years, when she embarked on her journey to provide counselling for people, I couldn't think of anyone who would be as good as her to provide help to people. Mental and physical well being is a priority to Kat, and she has supported me with meditations guidances in lockdowns, which I still follow now.
Kat is a fantastic listener, open minded and gentle. She will make you feel at ease , help you in a crisis and help you maintain serenity.
