I can not recommend Katherine highly enough. She has helped me through so much and has made me see things so differently, and made me see myself so differently. She will listen to anything and everything you have to say and will give you the best advice possible for you. I was so hesitant to seek counselling to begin with as iv had bad experiences in the past, with getting counselling, and being made to feel like you're not listened too but Katherine isn't at all like that, she will always have the time to listen to what you have to say, and nothing is ever to much trouble. All I can say is a massive thank you for everything you have done for me, and I definitely won't hesitate to seek counselling in the future if I feel like I need it.

I've been wary of counselling after a very negative experience when I was younger. However, sessions with Katharine were incredibly positive and how I imagined counselling should be!
She is very supportive, non judgmental and at helpful intervals explains the processes behind patterns of thinking/behaviour.
As well as talking through the areas I wanted to focus on, Katharine gave proactive activities/tips to work on outside of sessions.
She has really helped me process and work through a very difficult time - addressing issues that I thought were now a way of life and something I'd just have to deal with. I have been receiving counselling from Katharine for a while now and have benefitted hugely from it. She has a very holistic, person centred approach, tailoring her therapy to each individual’s needs and personality. She also gives very good practical advice, together with plans and strategies that you can work on in order to become an overcomer and not only get well, but remain well by putting certain life skills in to practice. I saw Katherine for three months, to deal with some anxiety and other personal issues.

I cannot recommend Katherine highly enough. As my counsellor she has walked through some of my darkest days with me. She has helped me see so many things in a different light.
