Why did I choose you...

Before I started my sessions people I work with thought I was just a quiet person and kept myself to myself. Little did they know I massively suffer with anxiety and panic attacks on a regular basis because I would put on a work front and had to get through it. When home I would be exhausted, do very little for myself and felt my husband had become more of a carer in that he was my emotional blanket.

I had no idea what to expect but my gosh it was the best decision I ever made! Over the last 9 months I have changed so much. I have found my voice, confidence and happiness. I couldn't name one thing that made me genuinely happy and now I have a whole list. I've been able to go out by myself again without a panick, I've accepted things for what they are, I let go, I've joined a yoga group, taken part in a sleep out, learnt to say no and NOT feel guilty. Most importantly I do things for me like getting my first tattoo that I never thought I could do. I no longer rely on my husband picking me up and its like when we first met.

I couldn't have done any of this without you Sarah and all your support. I would highly recommend you to anyone thinking about taking the leap! Thank you for changing my life
