It sounds corny but Calm is the most appropriate word to describe Sarah's treatment!
I very rarely relax, on the go the qhole time so to have a treatment with Sarah was such a joy!! I had the zone lift facial...wow!!! Relaxing...smoothing out all my lines and wrinkles, my skin feels plumper and softer, but I relaxed, totally, for 90 minutes!!

I am a lady of 55 years old
I was introduced to Sarah about 2 years ago by a close friend of mine. She had been having botox to reduce her lines but since using Sarah, no longer needed it. I have never used botox myself but, at 53 years old, I noticed my face had started to get baggy and tired.

I thought I would go along and meet Sarah, even though like most people I find going to strange places uncomfortable.

Sarah made me feel extremely at ease and relaxed as soon as I met her; she has a special gift with people and instantly you feel you have known her for years.

During our first chat, Sarah really took the time to get to know me and understand my needs. Not once did she make me feel I had to spend any money if I didn't want to. Everything was explained to me and I was left to decide whether I wanted to go ahead with her recommended treatment.

I couldn't resist Sarah's charm and obvious experience and soon booked in for my first treatment. I decided to have a course of reflexology facelift treatments which lasted 10 weeks.

When I arrived for my first treatment Sarah was incredibly attentive, making a special effort to check how I was feeling. There was infused water to drink and the room was fresh and clean; I instantly felt relaxed before even taking my position on the couch. Sarah has a really comfortable reclining chair which is perfect, especially if you find laying flat difficult. She made sure I was comfortable, offering a heated underblanket and a cosy quilt to keep me warm during the treatment.

There is gentle music to help you relax, but believe me, you won’t need any help with this - I felt comfortable straight away. I always fall asleep during Sarah's treatments and feel completely refreshed and 10 years younger when I leave.

After having these amazing facelift treatments my skin is noticeably firmer and healthier. I now rotate my treatments and have reflexology on my feet at one session and face reflexology at the other. The facelift treatment is gentle and enjoyable. Sarah is highly skilled and professional at what she does and I love every minute.

After your treatment, Sarah doesn't rush you out the door - she takes time to explain the products she has used and tells you if she has found any points on your face/feet that are of concern. Amazingly, she can even tell when I am overdoing things and tells me to slow down! There are lots of other things she can sense from the reflexology but I will leave that for you to find out.

Her technique is not only relaxing but she's always spot-on in achieving the results I need from reflexology whether emotional or physical.
I love the fact I can switch between face or feet for my treatments, which is rather unique and the facial zone lift reflexology is just amazing!
