Nic came in to host wellbeing sessions for our staff and came in over various shifts including a midnight shift. Nic is very engaging and easy to listen to. Her talks were full of common sense and handy hints and tips to lead a better life. We also hosted an introduction to Yoga session to give staff a taster session. I would highly recommend Nic as a great motivational speaker for your staff sessions. Nic can also host other sessions on various topics.

I cannot recommend Nic highly enough. As a coach and mentor she has helped me understand myself and my motivations and enabled me to have the confidence and clarity to move forward with my life, after feeling stuck and overwhelmed for so long. Nic is a compassionate, wise and knowledgeable guide and she did so much thinking about how to help me between sessions which meant that each session was focussed and productive.
