I tried hand reflexology with Trudi as I have never experienced it before. I was surprised to learn that I could lie down for this treatment but it's just as well as it was so relaxing I could have easily drifted off to sleep! Trudi's treatment rooms are beautiful and have a calm and peaceful atmosphere. Trudi herself has a calm and peaceful aura which will immediately put her clients at ease. She is very professional in a gentle way and was very happy to answer all my questions and have a detailed discussion with me when the treatment finished. I felt much less stressed immediately after my session and have slept well ever since. I highly recommend Cloud Nine Therapies .

She completely listened to my ramblings and through all that advised the best way forward, talking me through what would happen.

I had my first ever reiki session at Cloud Nine Therapies today and it won't be my last! I didn't really know what to expect and Trudi put me at ease from the outset. I have completed my Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 with Trudi at Cloud Nine Therapies and cannot recommend it enough.

Reiki 1 is great if you want to learn the basics of this beautiful non-invasive healing technique.

Reiki 2 takes your experience deeper and gives you more benefits.

You have to start with Reiki 1 before you can move on.

Trudi is an excellent tutor. Full of information, tips and gentle guidance.

If you're not interested in learning how to do Reiki, then treat yourself to one of her treatments. I am always made to feel totally welcome and her treatment room is so tranquil. She's a gentle soul with a gentle touch.

My first reiki treatment and it was fascinating. Experienced tingles down the right side of the torso at the top but left side on my lower. Wonderful waves of colour across my right eye when Trudi was working on my temples.
I came away feeling at peace and ready for whatever life has planned for me next.
