I couldn’t recommend Jane’s councelling services highly enough. I had never had any councelling before and was feeling nervous about the process but Jane immediately put me at ease. She provided a safe, unbiased, judgement free environment where I was able to unpack and resolve many challenges and problems I’d been facing. I’m so glad that I picked up the phone and called her, it was a catalyst for a huge amount of positive change in my life and I’m very grateful for her support in that. Hands down the most positive experience I’ve had of counselling.

Jane is relaxed, moderate, light, non-judgemental and understanding. She has incredible insight, and is able to find words for complex feelings. What was achieved during the period we worked together was transformational, life changing. She doesn’t have a magic wand, but sometimes it felt like it.

There’s no doubt I will return to Jane for support should I find the need.
