I first approached Clare as I wanted some help with feeling more confidant in my new job, but really I was a stressed out mum trying to juggle a career and family. I felt a little nervous at first as I was not sure what to expect - but within a few minutes I felt at ease to explain my issues. After my initial session I walked out feeling on top of the world as I had a strategy for tackling my lack of confidence. It also felt so good to talk through how I was feeling and begin to better understand myself.
Clare has a great way of helping you find your own way with no judgement but supporting you all the way with her extensive knowledge of tools and techniques for professional and personal growth.
Clare is a genuinely kind person who really cares about your progress - I could not recommend her enough!

I have just completed one of Clare's 1-2-1 workshops on Habits and Habit Tracking. Fantastic, just what I needed to get myself organised. Love the way you can plan in gradual goals and tasks.
