I have just completed Clare's Tools for Teens - Understanding the Teenage Brain and it was great. Clare is so knowledgeable and passionate about supporting teenagers and their parents, this course gave a great insight into what is going on for the teens and this understanding gives light bulb moments for us parents to be able to deal with situations differently to get a better result instead of a battle. The information and practical advice including the use of essential oils have been fantastic. I would highly recommend this online short course. It is delivered in manageable short videos (only 5 mins each) that you can watch when it suits you.

I have loved the tools for teens course. I have pre-teens, but have seen how supporting them early can really help give them the tools they and I need going forward as they grow. I would highly recommend Clare, her calm and confident knowledge in this area along with the oils that she provided as part of the course have been invaluable and well received by my children. I’m looking forward to getting stuck Into the recommended book list too and am sure my eldest will be also reading them 📚 🐛

Clare's treatments are excellent . this is because Clare genuinely cares about the whole person - she is easy to relate to and build good rapport with you and your situation . you feel safe in her hands and therefore it is easy to relax and get the best from her treatments. As well as having many treatments myself I have sent a lot of my pregnant clients to Clare and they all come back 100% satisfied

I really enjoyed my session wth Clare. I wanted to focus on a new project and was not quite finding the energy to get going so we looked at this and Clare created a powerful visualisation to enable me to see the way forward more clearly. I guess you could say it made the project more real. Clare is a lovely person and she made me feel welcome and safe in her treatment space. Recommended.
