What did I get from Claire and the 12 week coaching course? Lots more than I thought I would. Its not easy, I had to work at it too. Claire was great and helped me explore, challenged me and helped me to grow.
I've learnt lots about my patterns of behaviour, my limiting beliefs, who knew I had so many? I can now catch some of them and respond differently. I know what my inner child wants, needs and more importantly deserves.
It's great to be able to have exercises I can go back to reflect on what we've done.
I can't recommend Claire and this program and coaching enough. She's warm, approachable, friendly, challenges, probes and genuinely wants ghe best for you.
If you're willing to commit, work hard and learn about you you will feel freer, more relaxed, more accepting of you.
I'm still growing and learning but feel much better about me and who I am.
