Claire has been brilliant at helping me with some knee pain.
I found her to be a delight to work with, incredibly professional and really invested in diagnosing the issue, interested in me and what my goals for rehabilitation were and really interesting in the way she explained my own musculoskeletal system in a way I could understand and that encouraged me to put in the work required to complete the necessary exercises to facilitate my recovery.
I would thoroughly recommend Claire to anybody that needs any help with aches and pains and wish all those affected a speedy recovery.

I consulted Claire about my very painful and stiff neck. The treatments, advice and exercises that she gave me have helped enormously. Claire's empathy, enthusiasm and positive outlook have really helped me to continue with the exercises and my neck problems are resolving. Claire Hughes has helped me with mobility and balance problems associated with inactivity and peripheral neuropathy.I had had a pretty awful 12 months with difficulty walking .The help I received from Claire didn't just cover the physical issues . Her holistic approach to physical problems ,looking at therapeutic breathing and other life style issues helped me rethink how I could improve my overall health. I continue to do the exercises which she taught me keeping in mind always how to keep active as you age .I will in the future ask for her help again if needed

I have found Claire very motivating and patient throughout my rehabilitation and the results have been above my expectations. I will say it requires determination and persistence but the results have followed. It also helps that she is warm and understanding so the sessions were good fun.
