Brilliant opticians - customer service second to none - attention to detail is exceptional.
My varifocal contact lenses have changed my life as I can now read and see distance without the need for glasses.
If I have ever had any worries or concerns they have always been addressed immediately and I have been seen straight away if necessary.
Everyone is knowledgeable kind and helpful. Christopher Young is lovely and I cannot rate him or his practice highly enough..

The most attentive and thorough eye test for my 10 year old daughter. The staff were amazing and so accommodating to all of our needs. We were welcomed through the door as friends rather than customers and everyone made us feel extremely welcome. The atmosphere in the shop was perfect for children. The decor is bright and cheerful and the whole feeling of the service is that nothing is too much trouble. We were so impressed with how thorough the eye test was and would recommend to anyone with nervous children. We will be switching to Christopher Young without hesitation for our whole family. The glasses are funky too which always impresses the kids.

From the time I contacted the team, I felt like I was being listened to, not just another 'punter' through the revolving door, like some other companies. The tests I had done were far more thorough than other optometrists, and uncovered an issue with my binocular vision that no-one else had found.

I'm an hour's drive away from the Christopher Young branch, and I'll go back there in 2 years to get tested again - I think that says it all! Thanks!

I first went to Christopher Young Opticians a few years ago, I have felt much more comfortable with the eye test and recommendations from Chris. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. I have now just collected my second pair of glasses. The help I received from Tracy while choosing my glasses on both occasions, has been brilliant.
