Cheshire Natural Health is a wonderful place for wellness. Easy and seamless to make appointments. The therapists especially Becky is so skilled and experienced that she easily helps me overcome the chronic back pain which gets worse during colder weather. She also gives very good advice on my posture and what exercises I should focus on which has helped me greatly. The environment is also very friendly and helps me improve my posture and mood significantly every time I visit the clinic.

As always great service, Ellie (osteopath) is a star, very helpful and professional great reception and always happy to help. Karen at reception is great really friendly and all the other staff are too. Just a bit of advice Parking can be tight so attend at the times as there’ll be space when other customer drive off. 🌈💐xx

Laura is amazing! She is so knowledgable and explains everything to me properly so I go away feeling confident with what I’m doing. I have suffered with pain in my teeth, jaw and neck for almost 30 years. Initially I assumed this was due to longstanding dental problems, but when this was eventually resolved, the pain continued! I’ve gone round in circles for years seeing numerous dentists, physios, consultants in ENT, neurolgy and orthopaedics in order to get a diagnosis. Dentists told me I would get clicking and popping if it was TMJ which I don’t have and biteguards haven’t helped long term.
I started seeing Laura in late 2024. Not only has her treatment helped to relieve the symptoms, it has also left me with no doubt that TMJ is the source of my pain. She has an exceptional understanding of the muscular connections and is highly skilled in feeling the trigger points and working on those areas. Her techniques are very targetted and she explains everything throughout the treatment. I would highly recommend her to anyone experiencing similar problems.

After suffering severe back pain for 10 days, a visit to my GP plus a visit to A&E, with different pain killers prescribed, Ellie at Cheshire Health provided great relief after just one session. An experienced practitioner, she was able to pinpoint the problem and get results. I am moving much better and feel more aligned. Still experiencing some mild pain and discomfort after 24 hours but hopeful that another session booked in one week’s time will give further improvement.

First visit of many to come. Welcomed into a lovely peaceful environment. Offered a drink straight away .then had an amazing consultation with Natalie. Absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend to everyone & anyone
