Had a neck, shoulder and back massage with ANTONIA today, she went through everything with me, my neck, shoulders and back were carrying a lot of stress and tension and causing me headaches, but ANTONIA work her magic and I felt instant relief and left the salon feeling so much better and relaxed. I come up and down to Cornwall from London about 8 times a year and I spend my Winters in Marbella and often have CACI and Lash Lifting in both places. However, I can honestly say that the Lash Lift and Tint with Pearl at Charlestown Health and Beauty is second to none and her Caci Facials are also excellent (and very competitively priced?). To be sure not to miss out, I now ALWAYS pre-book both treatments at least a month or two ahead. The salon is clean, professional and friendly (with free parking right next door) and all of the therapists there, clearly consider Client Care a high priority. They are currently awaiting delivery of a new "all singing all dancing" CACI machine which I look forward to trying in April?. If you feel you could do with a little beauty boost, I highly recommend that you give them a call to discuss what would work for you. One request for the Salon please.. would one of you lovely ladies please train in Dermaplaning to make CH&B my "one stop beauty shop" in Cornwall?!

My Mum and I enjoyed a thoroughly relaxing couple of hours being pampered with the Expert Facial including back, neck and shoulder massage. Bethany and Claire were wonderful and very knowledgeable. I felt absolutely at ease in their care and blissfully refreshed by the end of our treatment.

Simply lovely. Had the body polish and full massage Felt safe and confident in the therapist. Nerves as not something ever tired before but was just a wonderful experience due to the consideration and skill of the staff. Feel like all the rubbish has just floated away ready to start my holiday now
