Better to automate reception tbh. Always hit n miss with clear English. Also some people infer without fact checking. Shame really as service can be served us for moody mid life folk. Ya hear.

I wonder if any of those so called therepists have any Idea what it's like in the real world. It's all text book, so called logical methods of learning. Become dispassionate and your own silent observer when it comes to comphrehending emotions and dealing with them. Human beings aren't like this. We aren't Vulcans!

Disgusting lack of care I was lied to and let down and given no support Left a message on phone DURING OFFICE HOURS still waiting for a reply a week later. No insight into mental health care at all. Mr M R Hopper.

Appalling communication, lies and the inability to help people when they need it the most, refuse to treat people that are too 'complex' or don't fit their criteria of being motivated for change. No understanding at all about mental illnesses and the effects/symptoms it has on someone's life. And textbook learnt replies/solutions to people's problems do not work.

Long gone are the days when I lived on the maimland when I saw the same English , scruffy psychiatrist for many years .
He knew me and I knew and trusted him.
The relationship worked well and felt confident to open up to him.

Within the last 18 years of living on the island , ive lost count how many consultants I've seen come and go . One thing they tend to have in common is they are new to the UK .
I'm far from racist or xenophobic, I don't give a dam who I see for a bad back , a cold or to repair broken bones but for me to open up and bear my heart and soul I feel more comfortable with someone indigenous to England or Wales , nota foreigner from Africa or South Asia who have only been in the country for 5 minuets.
Someone who who I can relate to and them with me .

I’ve not been with chantry long but the service I have had has been okish they do need to put their arses into the right gears and help patients just know that these people haven’t been the best like when I first got referred I had a worker but she left without telling me nothing to which I got quite angry with as it threw me so much so I got put back on “thewaiting” list for a new worker! Not Impressed sort it out chantry!!😡

Honestly the worst mental health service I been to. None of them have an idea what they're doing or how to deal with mentally unstable patients as majority of them have never been through it themselves they just go off of textbook rules. Most of them are frightened of it in all fairness and cause of that can be very patronising as well as rude. The last thing I got told by my Dr from there was that they can't help me anymore and I must go private and start paying out stupid amounts to get help! I got discharged without being told (even though I had gathered I had been as I hadn't been seen all this year) and literally only got a letter through today telling me I had been (and the only reason I got a letter today is cause one of my other professionals called up to complain about me not being seen), even though i told my Dr that I had been struggling massively with self harm, as well as sleep deprevation and major mood swings! But yet they still put me down as a low risk? Very disappointed with their services throughout the years as they have no clue what they're doing at all and haven't made a difference, if anything they have made me worse by the way they have treated me, especially as of recent by kicking me out without reason or notice. I'm now stuck on medication that isn't helping and my GP won't touch. I didn't even get proper treatment or a care plan. If I harm myself or anyone else, Chantry, you will be first on my blame book for kicking me out when I still needed your help. Very disappointed with your therapy methods as well as all staff. I get you have too many clients, but how is this a way to treat someone who has been struggling for years and still does to this day. If anyone needs help with mental health I would suggest finding a mainland service as the island and Chantry aren't suitable for this sort of thing at all. Absolutely disgusted.
