Popped in on Friday morning and was spoken to very sternly about using the toilet. Was told that the toilet is for patients only, and that I could use it “this one time”. I am very obviously 8 months pregnant, and am in need of the loo more frequently. This interaction has made me nervous of needing to use the loo in places now. I might also add that at an NHS practice, surely we are all patients. I was quite shocked to be treated this way. They didn’t even let me know that there is a public loo in the village centre.
Have given an extra star as the loo clean & tidy.

Have been amazingly well looked after. Our local GP, the nurse, and receptionist staff all super helpful and friendly. Thank you all so much. The excellent levels of care and generous help have meant a great deal.

Very efficient booking system with reasonable waiting times for appointments. Staff are welcoming and the wait to see the doctor was short. Plenty of parking.
