From my first visit to Claire, she was professional and thorough. We talked about a plan to rectify the issues that she identified. After a couple of appointments my hip was pain free and my back felt so much better. She advised which type of exercises would be best to do at home. My sleeping is pain free and I cannot recommend her enough.

Claire is always very welcoming, friendly and professional. She has helped me greatly when I was suffering from upper and lower back pain, and has helped me to improve my posture as well. I have also tried the sports massage too, which was nice and firm and really relieved muscle aches and pains, I felt great afterwards! Highly recommended, thank you 🙂
