My experience was exactly what I had expected. Precise, detailed and got the job done! Callum Jones has been a absolute saver in a time that seems so hopeless at one point. There was no room for fooling around, he let me knew where I stood every step of the way and what I also appreciate is that he didn't let my guards up if hes not able to produce. He let me knew where I stood from the very get go, no manipulation detected and no delay, I am indeed a pleased client and would recommend anyone if you want the truth along with true and exceptional experience, here is the place to come. Just feel like adding this bit, you know sometimes you go to a doctor or the council or anywhere to seek legal help. Sometimes you can feel that sense of disconnection asif they are not the one in the situation so you are not expecting much. With Callum this is not the case. He puts himself in the situation to act on our behalf. That intense interest is exceptional 👌 👏 and I thank everyone who played apart in my situation to make sure my children and myself is heard and secured 🙌.

Centre 70 is now lying— they did not give me other forms of support. They are using a gaslighting technique common in psychological abuse tactics— this other person AND someone else say the abuse you were the victim of didn’t happen (classic abuser technique). I just escaped the Israel Hammas war and asked the person on the phone to be more gentle in her tone and to acknowledge what I was speaking to her about is very vulnerable and difficult. She did not. Her tone instead got worse and then she hung up on me. Centre 70 also sent me emails recounting my attempting to make appointments with them and showing up for an appointment they no-showed for. These emails took pieces of previous emails without taking into account other parts of the email that disproved what they were saying. The level of abuse and trying to cover it up is terrifying.i have been waiting for an appointment for 8 months. At the time of my appointment in October they said they couldn’t come and apologised. They tried to reschedule the next day but I was in a war zone and told them that. I told them I would get back when I was able. I did and they have been absolutely despicable to me. Only 6 months later after they said they couldn’t make it to their appointment they now say 6 months later it was due to my phone connection. I emailed them several times within the first 15 minutes of the appointment saying I’m awaiting your call and they didn’t respond for hours. They are gaslighting me with psychological abuse over and over just so they don’t have to give a long standing client with multiple disabilities who just escaped a war an appointment reschedule that they missed. This is unlawful.

The woman on the phone abused me throughout our whole call even after I was in tears and asked he to be more gentle and kind. She actually got worse. She should be in jail right now.

What a wonderful service. During lock down CAB gave me wrong information and wasn't really helpful. However centre 70 helped me sort out my debts and benefits. Helen and Idoia absolutely wonderful caring hard working women and a credit to Centre 70. Some people go to work get paid and go home. These ladies cared and went beyond their job duties. It's the first time in 20 plus years I don't have the bailiffs knocking on my door. Thank you

Sandra is so patient and knowledgeable, I'm happy to fundraise for this organisation because the work they do is amazing. The lady who minds the reception area is just an angel; understanding and patient because I'm sure she knows we come to the centre in our time of need.
