Caroline is an incredibly wise, grounded, gentle and loving woman - every quality you could possibly ask for in a doula to support you during pregnancy, birth and beyond. Caroline stepped in at extremely short notice for us during the sovereign birth of my first baby last December and from the moment I met her I felt immediately comfortable, heard and held and I knew right away I would love to have her support for my birth experience. During labour she reminded me of my own power and helped me remain grounded in what I was capable of. She has an inspiring amount of experience & wisdom behind her. In such a short time we have made a friend (and an aunty) for life 🩷 I couldn’t recommend Caroline more highly, she is the real deal! Where to even start writing a fitting review of just how incredible Caroline is.

Right from the first chat we knew Caroline had to be our doula. Despite the constant NHS pressure not too, we both wanted to have a home birth. This idea may have been a bit of a dream, given this was our first child, however Caroline was inspiring. She made both of us feel safe, empowered and confident with our decisions and was unbelievabley supportive, throughout both the pregnancy journey and but especially the birth. Caroline was always available to give advise and provide support, drawing from various examples of her very extensive research and expertise. This helped us make truely informed decisions.

Thanks to Caroline we had the most amazing, calm and special birth at home as planned. To say she was incredible is an understatement. Throughout the labour and birth she did everything she could to support us from prescribing homeopathic remedies and providing pressure point massage to positive affirmations and coaching.

We also decided to get Caroline to encapsulate my placenta which I am pretty sure was key to helping my recovery. This service was extremely efficient and was back with me in no time.

We would not hesitate in recommending Caroline to anyone because she is a truly amazing and beautiful person and an incredibly wonderful doula. We are so thankful to have met her and that she is the person who helped me bring our beautiful boy into this world.

I only wish every expecting mother could have a Caroline with her during their birth journey. We cannot thank you enough. A&P

I had the most incredible birth experience & I know that was partly was due to Caroline’s expert guidance. I mostly wanted a Doula to help oversee labour, as my mum had a traumatic birth with me in hospital & I didn’t want that. Her knowledge & expertise is exceptional, and delivered in a kind, loving but no BS way, which was incremental in helping me & my partner feel safe & educated in the lead up to the birth. I felt completely supported by her in our many meet ups before the birth, during labour & for weeks after. I also opted for placenta support which hugely helped with my energy in those early postpartum days. My one main bit of advice for anyone about to give birth is to have a doula like Caroline - she is worth her weight in gold!

I am so glad I chose Caroline to be our doula! She was wise and knowledgeable and on hand throughout my pregnancy to give lots of emotional and practical support. I had several issues come up during my pregnancy and Caroline was always available via phone and in person which I found invaluable given the current maternity system. Having continuity of care through a doula was really important in giving me a positive birth experience. If you’re in doubt on whether to get a doula, they are worth every penny and especially Caroline, she is amazing at what she does!!

I’m so glad to have found Caroline when looking to have my placenta encapsulated. She helped answer all my questions when first enquiring to being super efficient with collection (of placenta) & postage of products. Everything comes packaged with love and care. With all the information on how to use. She was extremely knowledgable about my very weird and wonderful rare placenta and I’m grateful to have had her for guidance on that.
