Working with Carol-Ann is like having a guiding light by your side. During my six months of coaching we tackled the mindset issues I was having (there were many!) and removed the blocks that were holding me back.

Carol-Ann lovingly and tenderly took me through a very moving heart healing session, even clearing some deep ancestral wounds!

We also explored what my heart most wanted for my business and changed some of my offerings, putting a ‘scared pause’ on some of my bigger dreams that need time to grow and are waiting!

One of the many reasons I love working with Carol-Ann is that she doesn’t tell you what to do, but encourages you to listen to your own wisdom and have faith and confidence in it. This is a very different approach than I've experienced before and is so refreshing. I started working with Carol-Ann at the beginning of this year & it is the best thing I have ever done for myself.
I have 1-2-1 sessions with her via zoom every month & we cover a whole manner of various subjects from; business development, internal growth & awareness to spiritual connections with my spirit guides & guardian angels to, various mediations, healing & energy release.

Last year I started a life coaching course and to qualify you needed to have at least 6 sessions with a life coach. I knew straight away that the person I wanted as my coach was Carol Ann and this was so much more than a 'tick boxing exercise' to qualify. I had been considering having coaching for such a long time and I can't believe I didn't do it sooner! Carol Ann was an incredible coach. Whenever I had a session with her, it didn't matter what kind of day I had in the lead up, I still came out of the sessions feeling empowered. Due to the lockdown all of the sessions had to be over zoom but this didn't stop Carol Ann from creating a safe space for me to get to my desired outcome. So a huge thank you to Carol Ann and I would absolutely work with her again on future goals.
