I am a local driving instructor and was introduced to Carol by one of my students who suffered with anxiety around driving and taking the practical test. 4 years ago I had my first hypnotherapy with Carol for phobia of driving because of a previous driving accident. She was suggested by my driving instructor as I had palpitations and would panic as soon as I started to drive. I didn’t believe in hypnotherapy and was very sceptical until I saw the result. My phobia was gone after a couple of sessions. I also went to her after I lost my father as I couldn’t cope with the painful memories of him crying in despair because of his illness. Carols approach was kind and professional and she helped me wipe out the unpleasant memories of my fathers suffering and helped me cope with my loss. Being an A&E doctor (it is safe to say people with higher education are much less susceptible to suggestions )adding to that my scepticism towards hypnotherapy should have been enough for her to fail but she did an incredible job of treating me. I strongly recommend her to every one with anxiety, phobia, painful memories or difficulty in coping with any hardships in life. She is amazing, talented, professional and very kind.
