I went to this practice regarding a pain in the middle of my spine which was thought to be an inflammation. This was what I believe to be an old injury. However, I lifted some garden pots into the back of my car which had an immediate impact on my back and made it worse. My husband suggested I see Hadley his chiropractor. I was assessed and given 8 treatments which at times I was concerned it wouldn't improve. He asked me to hold off any activities and later incorporated an exercise and eventually to include my original exercises. I am thrilled to report my back is much improved and I would therefore recommend this practice. I am also going to engage in a massage with the practice soon. Thank you again Hadley

I’ve been dealing with an issue in my rhomboid area for some time, and after seeing Hadley-James , the improvement has been incredible. He’s a fantastic chiropractor—clearly very skilled and knowledgeable in what he does. Not only has he helped alleviate my discomfort significantly, but he’s also a genuinely great guy with excellent chat that makes every visit enjoyable. I honestly can’t recommend him enough. If you’re looking for someone who can really make a difference while making you feel comfortable and cared for, Hadley-James is the one to see!

Hadley - thank you for being so kind and considerate today - when I am in so much pain it makes such a difference. You are amazingly knowledgable and you explain everything so clearly. Hadley is extremely professional and knowledgeable and makes you feel very at ease. He explains everything really well and on the first appointment was able to tell me how long it would take to treat me and booked all the sessions in straight away. I've had 3 sessions so far and can feel an improvement already. I have gone from having a lot of pain to feeling really good in myself. My pelvis is an inch and a half higher on one side and I like the fact that Hadley has stood me in front of a mirror so that I can see this for myself. Today Hadley has done some extra work on my neck which was not part of the agreed treatment. Nothing is too much for him. A true, genuine gentleman who is obviously passionate about helping people and doing the best for them. Hadley has also provided exercises to help me and has advised what I should avoid at the gym. Highly recommended:)

Hadley-James has helped me so much! I was in agony with my back after having a severe whiplash injury, he was able to completely stop the pain after a couple of sessions! Now helping me work on my shoulder, neck and bad posture problems. He has been great at explaining everything and reassuring me throughout the whole process. I have recommended to friends and family as can’t fault the experience I have received ! Very happy with the chiropractic sessions I have received from both Hadley James brown and will Barber, when I first came in I was in a lot of pain fro. My lower back and in too much discomfort to work , after the first session I felt some relief and pain subsided slightly and was able to work the next day , with the following 3 sessions over the next 2 weeks my lower back pain and existing hip discomfort have virtually gone, I can thoroughly recommend cariad healthcare to anyone.

Hadley-James is a miracle worker! I had been off work for months feeling awful and not getting any answers from the GP, I decided to contact Cariad health as I felt I needed answers. I had an appointment the next day and Hadley-James knew exactly what was needed to get me well. After just a few weeks with hadley-james’ help and different remedies to that of the GP I saw dramatic improvement and was able to return to work! Caring, passionate and experienced, Hadley-James is really one of a kind and I thank him for his help! 11/10 would recommend to everyone!
