I have been having Pranic Healing with Cara since the 27th of June- a dear friend kindly booked me two session as she knew what I needed to help through this process.
My mind and body was all over the place. I had never tried it before . I am vulnerable so couldn’t see Cara in person. I called her as I was nervous, she went through it all in detail and explained it was nothing to be nervous about .
She has my photo and we chat before each session only a few minutes and after.
My first session was amazing, I really felt a shift in everything my body and mind was going through.
Cara gave me some other tips and things she felt I needed to follow too . Which I’m a firm believer you get out what you put in. So I took her advice,
The doctors have me medically which is great but medication is one of my biggest fears but with Cara’s input I now feel more in control of my body and mind again. I feel a thousand times better going through this process with Cara’s treatment.
To summarise Cara , professional , experienced , calm, understanding, in tune with your needs, helpful, kind , relaxing and a soothing voice. I feel blessed my friend knew her, and knew what I needed more than I did .
she was what I needed at the right time what I can only describe as one of the hardest times of my life. I needed her to guide me through this journey, I am eternally grateful . I have much more of a
positive mindset now with the help of my daily routines that Cara suggested I implement, obviously by choice I’d try anything to help.

I am so grateful to all involved in getting me back to good health now and forever ❤️
