I've had Russ as my supervisor for 3 years now, and I have to say, I wouldn't be where I am without him. Russ is a warm, empathic supervisor, who will allow you to open talk with no judgment. To be blessed with Russ as one's therapist is to be given first hope then success. He displays his profession as 'off the scale' with an amazing talent. He has a special manner and genuine empathy knowing when to be there when it really matters. In a demanding hospital role where we met, I compare Russ to a bright halogen light in my world of complete darkness and dejection. He saved me with his CBT cognitive behavioural therapy and bit by bit he pulled me through to now living a life, one of satisfaction and of confidence.
