I visited Canda for advice regarding a persistent UTI that I’d had for some months. She very carefully captured a broad picture of my past history and current symptoms, and dug deeper into other issues that were likely to affect my overall health and resistance to infection.

Canda offered me different options for treatment and the one I went for was pretty intensive, starting with a tincture every two hours, plus a herbal tea and immune tonic.

She also suggested a few simple changes to my diet and shared a couple of helpful recipes.

The treatment was very thorough and, a few months on, the UTI is completely gone!

My immune response is showing signs of great improvement and I feel I have much better understanding of my body and the simple things I can do to keep healthy.

I really appreciate Canda’s attentive, balanced and careful approach to herbal medicine and find it helpful that she also recognises the wisdom of accepting my GP’s advice regarding some aspects of my treatment.
