I cannot recommend CSMC highly enough as they are friendly, put you at your ease, and know what they are doing. I have always come away from an appointment feeling well looked after and really cared for.
I have seen Matthew Look on a number of occasions when he treated my shoulder and neck, has given me advice and exercises and worked on my running technique also, so that I am running again in my 60's; am so grateful for his help.
More recently I have seen Antoine for our Ladies' Lifting Class that meets weekly which I am hugely benefitting from, and for more treatment on my neck which is helping to loosen it up and helping with migraines.
Today he treated me with acupuncture which I have never had before, but he explained what he was doing, and it went well.
So grateful to find good physios that really look after you.

I had been experiencing patellafemoral pain, following a Total Knee Replacement op, for over a year, when I found CMCS.
Over the last 2 + months Antoine has been amazing. The detailed and progressive rehab program he devised, and supported me through, has not only built up strength in my leg but it has reduced the knee pain significantly, to the point where I can now climb and descend stairs virtually pain free.
I cannot thank Antoine enough for his commitment and dedication to making my treatment successful. He is a very talented physiotherapist and I feel fortunate to have found him and CSCM.
Matthew and Antoine are a knowledgeable and professional team I would happily recommend to anyone in need of physiotherapy.

We booked through a friend’s recommendation after my son has been having pain in his lower back and shoulder. We booked in with Ella who is absolutely fantastic we can’t praise her enough, she listened to all his issues and done some extensive tests on him and came up with a plan of soft tissue massage and also some exercises to work on when at home which she showed him how to do them correctly at the facility and it’s worked wonders for him he’s basically pain free and so much stronger from the plan she came up with. Would highly recommend Ella and such a fantastic facility also. Thank you so much

Matthew was so helpful with my concussion. He carefully went through tests with me to see which symptoms were contributing, then made a customised plan to fix those. The exercises and treatment steps worked so well, and he was incredibly supportive the whole way through. I definitely recommend to anyone who has a concussion.

Antoine has been helping me recover post ACL surgery, and his attitude towards my recovery has been incredibly supportive both psychologically and physically.
He clearly loves his job and is a very talented physio, not to mention he has some great jokes to get you through it.
I would absolutely recommend his practice as they have helped me make so much progress already.

Matt was incredibly helpful and informative. His work has massively impacted my concussion recovery and I couldn't be happier with the results. My one regret is that I left it a few months after my concussion before I booked an appointment. I'm sure if I'd started working with him earlier then my recovery would have taken less time.

I can't speak highly enough of my experience with the Cambridge Sports Medicine Centre. My son attended for a rugby injury. We have both attended physio previously with other good providers, but the provision here is just way above what we've had before. Matthew took time to explain and ensure my son fully understood the injury, the status of it and what needed to be achieved in order to get back to fitness, and explained all the way through the reasons for each exercise. There was a lot of emphasis on carrying out the exercises during the sessions in order to ensure he was doing them correctly and sufficiently, with home practice going alongside, rather than a reliance on just showing the exercises and doing the majority from home. My son not only achieved great recovery, but also really enjoyed the sessions, and came away each time very motivated. Although we chose CSMC because of their wealth of experience with sport, I would also absolutely recommend them for non sport-related physio for any age, as well as personal training. It's clear they are very experienced in many areas. If the family needed physio services again in future, I would choose CSMC every time.

I was referred to Cambridge Sports Medicine Centre after dislocating my knee, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Not only is the pain completely gone, but Matthew also worked on improving the strength of the muscles in my legs to help prevent recurring injuries.
The entire team is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and on top of that, they’re very friendly and welcoming. Matthew tailored my physio program specifically to my needs and expectations, ensuring I got the best possible outcome. I really appreciate all their help and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of physiotherapy!
