I visited for an Indian head massage and reiki. It was my first time having reiki and I could not recommend it enough!!!! Emma was so welcoming and answered any questions I had. It was such a lovely experience and I will definitely be returning!! Xx

Absolutely loved the Reiki. Having suffered a broken ankle I was completely off balance. This treatment has balanced me and was so relaxing. Emma was brilliant so calming and she certainly has healing hands . I left the studio walking on air and totally zen. Great comprehensive feedback received too. I had my first ever Indian head massage with Emma this week and it was so much more than I expected. The atmosphere is calm, relaxing, and almost magical with the lighting and incense and the extra touches like the music, bell ringing, and blankets really add to the experience rather than being there as a token. Emma includes reiki into the massage so I came out feeling like something had been lifted from me and more relaxed than I’ve been in a long time.

I visited Calma Holistic Therapies, being unsure of what to expect. Emma was so welcoming before I even stepped in the door, ensuring my allergies were catered for during my visit (no incense etc). Whilst explaining what would happen during my Reiki session, Emma's professionalism shone through. I was comfortable and relaxed during the session and felt totally at ease. I also received follow up information and suggestions to help me further - which I was not expecting! 10/10 and I'm sure I will be back!

I went to Calma Holistic Therapies for an Indian head massage. I felt encased in comfort and light as soon as I walked through the door, the energy in there is so relaxing. I had a chat with Emma before the massage which put my self confidence issues at ease. The massage itself was out of this world. I've had many Indian head massages and this was definatley the best by far! I was so relaxed which is hard for me to do when I'm out of my comfort zone. I would give this experience 10 stars If I could. I will surely be back for more treatments. Thank you so much 💓
