Sarah rapidly diagnosed a prolapsed disk following a back injury. Bringing instant relief, followed by steady progress over a few sessions, she has been thorough and sympathetic, managing expectations and leading to a full recovery. She has also ensured I’m on top of my personal physio, so I manage future concerns.

I have been helped by Bucks Osteopathy for a number of years to treat a number of conditions in the family, always with great success.

My trochanteric bursitis had not responded well to steroid injections and physio when it was suggested I try shock wave therapy. Jessica talked me through the treatment, possible number required then checked out my posture etc before commencing. 6 treatments later (it was a chronic condition) I can walk without limping, pain free. Definitely worth doing. Jessica is a delight, honest, conscientious and caring, someone I am happy to return to with any future issues.

I booked in ultrasound guided injections with Alok at Bucks Osteopathy and couldn’t recommend him enough!
Alok went through an extremely thorough ultrasound examination locating the issues I have been having with my feet for over 10 years through years of hockey and snowboarding.
Once diagnosed with Mortans Neuroma's the injections were done and I was given further advice on exercises to help prevent issues returning.

I have chronic back pain and Sara is brilliant in treating. Sara is so honest and genuine with the treatment and always goes above and beyond.
Not only Sara will focus in reliveing pain but also recommend some great exercise that suits your need.
She has never gone wrong with any diagnosis. She is great with older people especially with my mum and have been super efficient in treating her knee pain.
Sara would not waste a second. She would suggest acupuncture if she thinks it helps and at the same time works on other parts of the body. She is not an osteo but a magician!!

I’ve seen Jess a number of times now for various different issues, from shoulder/neck pain to calf pains from running.

Jess is always able to identify the cause of the issue, then providing short and long term remedies to help solve the issue.

Some of the treatments have included acupuncture, massages, strength based exercises and suggested stretching all of which have helped get me back on track a lot quicker than I would’ve had without treatment

The first time I saw Sarah was for an emergency appointment. I had experienced horrendous pain in my back and was phoning around for someone to help me. I spoke to Sarah and she was able to see me the very next day. She was very reassuring on the phone. At the appointment she assessed me and started the treatment. I was in a lot of pain and she was very careful with me. I saw Sarah regularly for a few months and Sarah was always very thorough, getting to the root cause of the problem. I felt improvements quickly. I still see Sarah, every 6 weeks or so, just for maintenance. Sarah gives me stretches which are helpful and informative.
