Two years ago our family was in a spot of bother (to say the least). My kids needed help dealing with trauma in their lives and I needed help adjusting to two teenagers moving in with Dad.

Several weeks into their sessions, I noted that Justine makes herself available to my kids via phone or text, especially when they require support outside of a session. She has also called me on occasion to offer pointers or a "heads-up" on ways to support or connect with my kids; she does all of this without breaking their confidentiality. She never oversteps but finds gentle ways to support and guide my entire family.

Justine is the perfect fit, she is kind and has a great way with people. My kids are getting back on track; they will need to continuously work with the obstacles they've faced but Justine has gone above and beyond in teaching them coping techniques which I know they will carry long into adulthood.

We owe this woman a debt of gratitude and feel very lucky to have her.

My daughter started seeing Justine after the death of her grandfather triggered a wave of intense panic attacks and health anxiety. She already had some experience of working with various therapists to help manage her anxiety and neurodiversity but nothing seemed to quite click. From the first session with Justine my daughter knew it would be different and she was ready to be ‘all in.’

Slowly over the months of weekly sessions I watched my daughter begin to mature and a new confidence emerge. She understood the shame she carried was not valid, her ADHD was her superpower, she put herself forward for things at school and she was less afraid of failure.

Justine cares a lot. She has many tools in her toolkit and never gives up if one method doesn’t work. The other really important thing to mention is the fun they seem to have together. They do deep work but I know my daughter enjoys the process every single time whilst her foundations are gently and solidly being laid. What a gift this woman is.

Justine was always calm, patient and always seemed to ask the right questions at the right time and I never left feeling I was without an answer to help manage my mental health. The EMDR sessions were a particular help in this regard as well as helping to overcome trauma. In which again Justine guided me through this in an incredibly helpful and conscientious way.
