My long-term care was quite good (9 and a half weeks), but my follow-up care has been less than satisfactory. Today, I was brought in by ambulance, and because I wasn't screaming in pain (I was here for 2 hours before they decided to discharge me), they proclaimed me well enough to go home. My right leg is 8 cm bigger than my left leg and is leaking fluid. My right leg is also very painful, but apparently, I'm ok to go home and deal with it. I wish I could afford to go private.

First time at Bronglais today and was very impressed with how smoothly my appointment went. The staff , radiographers, consultant, nurse, reception staff and the volunteer who took us to where we needed to go were fabulous and friendly. Thank you for making a difficult day, that much easier.

Bronglais Hospital is with out a doubt the worst hospital I've been too regarding care of mental health.
On no less than 7 occasions I've been here with a friend in crisis and they have done NOTHING to help in the slightest
At best you get a 5 minute pep talk after waiting 6 hours for a crisis team to show up, at worst the staff turn you away to fend for yourself, which I know has killed at least one person so far.
If you live in Aberystwyth and have mental difficultly, I suggest finding any alternstive to the service they have here, because these people cannot or will not help you in the slightest

Outstanding Outpatients department. Staff ALWAYS very friendly and very professional. Area is exceptionally clean. Time management excellent.
Can not rate the most wonderful Gastroenterologist Consultant Mr Salami and his team of nurses enough. Thankyou for being so friendly, for making me feel listened to and for caring. It really does mean a lot.
I am a retired nursing sister and I do not give our praise very easily but in the situation that the NHS is in I can not stress how amazing this department are. Thankyou.

The food is very average. The day staff were great. Last stay the food was better. ICU was great. In cardiac the night staff weren't attentive or friendly but the day ones were mostly lovely.

I recently had to go to A&E, the staff were lovely and very friendly, it was a bit of a wait they were very busy, once I had been seen by the nurse I was sent up to Xray and seen straight away, I then waited for the results and had some blood tests done I was diagnosed and on my way with prescription, moon boot and crutches all within 4 hours. exceptional well done to the wonderful staff 👏

went here in severe agonay and pain with my lower back and leg was given a shot of morphine and placed on a bed in the hallway still in severe pain and left for over an hour before being told thier is nothing they can do for and was left to go home in agonising pain

Amazing Amazing Amazing experience 😀giving birth to my daughter here was so magical, the staff are outstanding in and out of labour, super friendly and welcoming,
Highly recommend giving birth here I'm from milford haven and had to travel but it was worth it, wish we had staff like these lovely ladies closer to home, they made it so comfortable and wonderful for us
