I highly recommend Brightside Psychology. Over the past 16 months I have personally received therapy from Sophie and I can honesty say she has provided me with an exemplary service and experience. I was in an awful state of mind and place when I began working with Sophie and the weekly sessions I had booked with her were what kept me going and focused in the worst time of my life. Just knowing that I would be listened to, understood, supported and guided by someone highly empathic to work on the areas of my life that I felt needed self improvement gave me hope.
I’m forever grateful of the work Sophie has enabled me to do on myself to start to become the best version of me, to define and understand my boundaries and values and to become someone that I actually like and am proud of!

After seeing several therapists over the years but not making any progress with my health anxiety, I decided to invest in therapy with Sophie.
From the outset it was clear that she really understood my condition, gave me helpful techniques to use in between sessions, and we worked through the underlying reasons for the anxiety.
If you’re unsure who to go to I would definitely recommend Brightside. Worth every penny.
