I had the pleasure of working with Tracy on a somewhat quirky project in Berlin in February 2019. The brief was to create a ‘team anthem’ for 200 European Managers of a well known cinema brand. We had one hour to teach them an unknown song, with associated actions and rhythms from the floor of an enormous cinema auditorium. Although Tracy’s main involvement was to co-deliver the session, she also contributed ideas to the design, keeping us on track to not over complicate. On the day our time got cut and she was brilliant at flexing in the moment to what was required. She contributed a brilliant energy and humour to what had been a long day for participants meaning they received a memorable uplifting experience. Totally recommend partnering with Tracy for both concept, design and delivery.

I absolutely loved working with Tracy as a life coach on a bespoke & flexible programme that she tailored to my goals. Tracy provided three remarkable coaching sessions, plus a mentoring session to help with my professional development as a leader-coach.

As a result, I feel more empowered to create meaningful change in my life.

Tracy is an inspirational coach and a role model for me. I’ve been in awe of her style, and after watching her stories on Instagram and reading her posts for a while, I knew I’d be able to learn a lot from her. I was feeling apprehensive about my own journey embarking on a new path as a coach at work, so it was incredible to have a mentoring session with Tracy.

As a mentor, Tracy is highly knowledgeable and willing to share advice and experiences. I’m enormously grateful for her guidance, as I left our session feeling more prepared and confident to take my first leap into the world of coaching.

Tracy is a non-intrusive coach, who is very easy to talk with and open up to. I felt extremely relaxed from the outset. When I was first recommended life coaching I was incredibly sceptical, it sounds very flowery and I thought if I didn’t like counselling I wouldn’t find it useful. But I took a leap of faith with Tracy and am so pleased I did. Her approach is fantastic and completely tuned to you and what you want from your session. She supports you in finding your own answers and setting your goals, nothing feels forced.
I would recommend Tracy to anyone, she has guided me through a very difficult period in my life and although there is still a way to go, I would not be where I am without her.
