This practice is outstanding. I have anxiety so have in the past seen them more than usual and they are always caring and understanding. I can always get an appointment even if I have to wait. The receptionists are always understanding and compassionate. I can’t thank the doctors enough.

Very rude doctor, wouldn't listen to me, smirked at what I was saying, dismissed my symptoms as something it's definitely not and rudely cut me off while I was talking. He's left me feeling very frustrated and having to call 111 because he's refused to help. I will never book at appointment there for myself again.

Disgraceful surgery

Let me list off the reasons for this

Shocking to contact. Try to call and either get put on hold then disconnect or a generic busy reply

Econsult - every time I have tried this it has been turned off only talking to my neighbour was I told they turn it on at 6:30am then off at 8am

When needing help I was given a 4-6 week wait just to talk to a doctor about problems

Diagnosed finally but no repeat prescription and trying to do an econsult (before given the times)to get medication was next to impossible so currently been a VERY long time since having any proper treatment.

This place needs a total overhaul as they are just failing and the worst part do not care

I phoned yesterday morning about an ongoing health issue on behalf of my elderly dad . Tracey ( I think was her name ) was so helpful . She arranged a call back at 2.45 with a view to a home visit . I had a phone call from a doctor at around 10 and by 10.45 a visit was made by a nurse . I want to thank her for really listening and acting on our conversation promptly .

3 weeks I’ve tried to get an appointment, E consult is only open briefly at 6am. They won’t book appointments over the phone if you’re lucky enough to get an answer, or in person at the surgery which is always empty of patients. No wonder A&E is struggling, this needs to be addressed urgently.

Did an Econsult Doctor wants face to face appointment. Been trying at 10 am for almost 2 months cannot even get an appointment phone reception they say just keep trying.

Phones are ignored or muted , tried ringing different times if day on around 15 occasions got to number one in the queue to get same day triage then it just ring and rings and nobody picked up, pulled up outside walked in with my phone ringing , couldn't hear any ringing in the surgery or office, showed the receptionist my phone as evidence that It was ringing and asked why nobody answering was fobbed off and she acted vague, didn't even go into the office to ask or check obviously because they know their own game with the phones and I had caught them out. Not impressed, neglect to patients with urgent issues and just ignore calls. Shame in them when people's health and even lives could be at risk

As always excellent service both staff and doctors very helpful and friendly but a special mention to doctor Sathyanath who is always very helpful and nothing seems to to much trouble for him, he is a great asset to the Bridgemary medical centre
