Went today to my appointment today full of anxiety as don't like my feet touched. Saw a lady called janine absolutely amazing fully understanding went at my pace and kept my mind distracted with a lovely conversation very helpful and defo will be back to see her. The receptionist was very kind and polite another lovely person

Absolutely excellent. I was in agony when I arrived at Bridgeham a few weeks ago and desperate to see an Osteopath. Three weeks later I am pain free, walking, sleeping and feeling like myself again. Seeing Miikko, Pranic Healer at Bridgeham Clinic has helped my 10 year old son with his stuttering problem a lot. There has been a remarkable change even from the first session. His stammering was reduced to once or twice in whole month. That’s was great!!! It has also helped him with his anxiety and irritation. I had a vocal massage by the lovely Dan the other day and I could not recommend him more! I had been ill with a cold and as a singer my voice just wasn’t recovering. He took the time to work out what I needed and checked in with me throughout to see how I was doing! Any singers in the area that need some help with releasing tension then Dan is your man 🙂

I recently came to the clinic and have been treated by Charley. She is wonderful, she has made me feel so comfortable and on top of her kind demeanour she is also a fantastic osteopath. She has helped me with my back pain so much, on top of our sessions there is additional help to alleviate pain for when you are not at the clinic I.e. exercise plans or “homework” as she likes to call it 🙂

My first time at Bridgeham last week and I can really say I’m more than impressed!! Dan was super knowledgeable and really funny! And that’s a combo I love 😄 In this day and age lightheartedness and funny is very needed especially within business (I run my own and I’m very similar!) I love how Dan explained every single detail to me with his complicated osteopath words and then broke it down so I could understand better and added a bit of humour😄 I knew exactly what I was getting done and what the issues were. I appreciate his care and honesty, telling me that his priority is not to see me all the time but for me to be able to have treatment and maintain it! I know he’s not money hungry like other clinics in the area🫣 I’ve been to a chiropractor and another osteopath and I already love the vibe and Bridgeham so much more with everyone else seeming really lovely too, the reception ladies etc. I have another appointment in a months time to see how I’m doing and I’m already excited for my journey with Bridgeham! I have had the pleasure of using Bridgeham Clinic for several years, and I must say, the experience is truly outstanding. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with warmth and professionalism by the friendly staff, setting the tone for a great visit. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained, creating a calming and welcoming atmosphere.

Trevor and Emily for example are incredibly skilled and knowledgeable Osteopath’s, they take the time to listen attentively to concerns, thoroughly assessing conditions, and creating a treatment plan in a clear and understandable manner.

I have also had several Pilates sessions and the team lead by Jo are amazing.
