I started receiving treatment from Andy approximately 4 weeks prior to running Sydney marathon on the 15th September 2024 as I've got issues with sciatica, hamstrings (well, everything really!). I feel as though I've only scratched the surface with what Bowen therapy will help me with and am going to continue as I'm now training for Boston marathon April 2025. Andy makes me feel relaxed and at ease which is vitally important to get the best out of any treatment. I'm looking forward to future sessions and to run Boston marathon pain/injury free.

An absolute hidden gem for therapy in whitley bay !
Andys bowen therapy technique is absolutely amazing and I would recommend to everyone from newborn to elderly.
I went to Andy originally to help rebalance my body after having a nasty blood clot leaving me with lots of issues. Not only did it target that but also my ibs , candida overgrowth and possible endometriosis which brought me concerns of not being able to have children. Now one year later and we have a beautiful baby girl who's benefiting from Andys bowen therapy for her colic , tongue tie and so much more! This therapy is really a life changer and i recommend Andy very highly! I wouldn't be where I am now living a happy healthy life with my daughter, thanks so much Andy.
