I’ve had the privilege to have Tim twice as a coach during a 3 days seminar named „Know yourself to lead yourself“. I found him to be an incredibly competent, kind, compassionate and understanding coach who, within a short amount of time, created a „save space“-atmosphere amongst a group of people who barely knew each other before. This enhanced the opportunity for everyone to learn and develop.

In his course, Tim didn’t just give „one fits all“-advices for becoming a better leader but really took the time to develop an individual solution for every situation a student found him or herself struggling with. He also shared own mistakes he had made in leadership positions to illustrate how and why misunderstandings happen and how one can avoid those. Furthermore he offered many helpful tools to become a person who will guide others naturally by being self-aware, communicative, self-confident and caring.

I have heard of coaching but never really thought it was for me. Tim is an excellent and very professional coach. He handed me the tools to be able to figure out and sort out my baggage. This helped me learn a lot more about myself…despite the fact that I would’ve sworn that I know myself really well. I was wrong ?. I really really recommend him.

I say this as a midwife who tries to enable pregnant women and their loved ones identify and release whatever baggage that is stopping them from reaching their potential.

In other words, I was “midwifed” by Tim!
